From Christmas present to questionable life choice… 🏃‍♀️🎄😂

For her nurses’ Christmas present, avid runner Dr Rachel Williams decided that entry into the Seaside 10K was a much better idea than chocolate and wine… and so the challenge was set🎁🏃‍♀️

Fast forward to race day — and they actually did it! 💪👏 Heather and Vicky took on the Seaside 10K, joined by a fantastic group of keen runners from the practice for moral support… and to provide a little coaching, encouragement and gentle pushing when needed! 😂🏃‍♀️

Although, in Heather’s case, the “gentle pushing” became slightly more literal… The evidence is in the final photo...📸

Not only did the team complete the 10K, but they were also running for a brilliant cause — raising money for Queenscourt. 💙

And this is only the beginning! Their fundraising journey will continue throughout the year, with plenty more challenges in the pipeline. More miles, more questionable decisions, and hopefully lots more money raised for a fantastic local charity! 🙌

A huge well done to Heather and Vicky, and a big thank you to everybody who supported them along the way — Christmas presents have definitely got a lot more competitive! 🎄🏃‍♀️💙

🦷 Emergency Composite Bonding | Trauma Repair

This patient attended St Paul’s Dental Care as an emergency following trauma to a front tooth, which had unfortunately shattered.

The tooth was carefully rebuilt using composite bonding, restoring its shape, function and appearance while achieving a natural-looking result. ✨

A fantastic example of how composite bonding can be used to repair a tooth following trauma and restore a patient’s smile.

Meet Rahul, one of our Principal Dentists 👋

Rahul is known for his calm and gentle approach, he understands that for some people, simply walking through the practice doors can feel like a big step. Taking the time to listen, build trust and make patients feel safe and comfortable is something that matters deeply to him. As a Dental Phobia Certified dentist, Rahul can also offer sedation where appropriate, helping patients feel more at ease throughout their treatment.

As a private, independent practice, we’re proud to be able to give our patients the time and individual care they deserve. We believe that feeling listened to and cared for is just as important as the treatment itself.

Alongside his passion for caring for nervous patients, Rahul has a special interest in oral surgery and implantology — areas of dentistry he particularly enjoys and has developed a real enthusiasm for.
