Small signs can hide bigger problems 👀
In the first image, one tooth shows clear decay, while the neighbouring tooth already has early hidden changes that are not always visible or painful. This is quite common — caries often develops quietly, without any symptoms.
In the second stage, the decay has been carefully removed and the tooth structure thoroughly cleaned, preserving as much natural tissue as possible.
In the final result, the teeth are restored to a natural appearance, including carefully recreated anatomical details such as natural fissure patterns, so they blend seamlessly with the surrounding teeth.
This case is a reminder that pain is not a reliable indicator of dental health. Regular dental examinations help detect problems early, when treatment is simpler, more conservative, and more predictable.
Regular check-ups help us catch these issues before they become more serious (and more costly to treat).
If something doesn’t look or feel quite right, don’t wait—early care makes all the difference.
