For the information of our patient's...

Dr Nisar Khan will be closing his diary from Friday 6th November until Wednesday 11th November and he will resume practice on Thursday 12th of November.

Our Dental Hygienist, Rafeen Altaf, will still be working this Saturday, 7th November, and our Associate Dentist, Dr Fariba Younes, will be here tomorrow afternoon to see all our patients who have appointments tomorrow so there won't be any need to rebook.

Our phone lines will remain open and our team of Nurses and fantastic Practice Manager will still be at the practice to take calls and book appointments for later dates.

A gentle reminder to all of our patients about our procedure for patient's attending appointments...

Please arrive to the practice wearing a mask/face visor at the time of your appointment, if you are exempt from wearing a mask please ensure you bring your card of exemption with you as you will be denied entry to the practice if you do not have your card with you.

It is understood that sometimes we forget things, we're human!
If you happen to forget a mask we can give you one on arrival at the practice.

For cross infection purposes and for the safety of the other patients at the practice and our staff members we will not be seeing patients who refuse to wear a mask/face visor at this practice.

You will have your temperature checked upon arrival, if it is above 37.8 you will be sent away and asked to rebook your appointment at a later date.

Once inside the practice, we will ask you to sanitize your hands and you will also be given a pair of gloves to put on as an extra precaution.

Please refrain from bringing extra people to your appointment, we understand in some cases this isn't always possible. If that is the case please call us prior to your appointment so that we know someone extra is attending your appointment with you.

We also ask that you try to avoid bringing extra bags and other belongings to your appointment for cross infection purposes.

During this time, we do prefer card/contactless payments but we are still accepting cash payments if necessary. We don't hold change at this practice so please ensure you bring the exact amount for the cost of your treatment.

Dental Practice Manor Square will remain open throughout !

No restrictions have been put in place regarding medical or dental treatment and the government have actually encouraged us all as individuals to attend our medical appointments.

We are actively following all guidelines as they are released and we are adhering to all of the strict protocols which are currently in place.

We have exceptional cross infection control here at Manor Square and we take the safety of our patients and staff members very seriously.

If you are worried about coming to the practice or have any queries regarding your appointment please contact us via email or telephone and one of our staff members will be happy to discuss your concerns and find a suitable resolution to your problems and an extensive answer to any of your queries.

So while we are doing the best on our behalf, please meet us halfway and continue to attend your appointments and give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to rearrange/cancel your appointment!

Hello all!

We hope you have all been staying safe during this difficult time.

As a team we have come to the agreement that we will be resuming practice on the 13th of June under strict revised rules that have been put in place for COVID-19.
