To all of our dear patients,
We hope that you have all been safe and well and keeping your teeth and gums as healthy as possible during the lockdown. We are now open and starting ‘routine dentistry’, although under quite different conditions. The Covid-19 pandemic is still with us, so we have put into practice a multitude of safety measures.
We are operating a one-way system through the Practice with a closed-door policy. Attendance is by appointment only to limit the number of people within the building at any one time. There is a telephone screening process prior to any appointment which is checked for any changes before entry is permitted on the day. The entrance is through our staff car park on Dovehouse Lane where a team member will take your temperature before showing you to the waiting room. When you do attend you will notice several changes: there are more hand sanitising stations in communal areas, limited seating to take into account social distancing and we are all wearing more protective equipment for the safety of both staff and patients. There are additional dedicated periods after each patient for enhanced decontamination of both surgeries and waiting areas. Once the appointment has ended you will be taken to the reception desk, thereafter one of our friendly staff members will show you out.
