Meet the team - Chloe - Dental Nurse🪥

Chloe joined the practice in 2019 and went onto qualify as a registered dental nurse in 2022. She has a keen interest in composite bonding cases and dental hygiene.

Outside of work Chloe enjoys spending time with family, friends and her dog Sidney who she loves to take on different adventures. Chloe also enjoys going out for food especially when trying a new cuisine!

Meet the Team - James - Dentist🦷

Dr James Foster qualified from the University of Birmingham in 2022 and joined Monkmoor Dental Practice in September 2023.

James takes great pride in helping patients feel confident in their smiles and maintaining their long-term oral health. He has a particular interest in both cosmetic and restorative dentistry and enjoys combining a gentle and friendly approach to achieve a high standard of clinical care.

James believes in taking time to listen to his patients, understand their concerns and ensure they feel comfortable and well-informed at every stage of treatment!

Outside of work, James enjoys keeping active, experimenting in the kitchen and spending quality time with his friends, family and wife.

Meet the team - Tracey - Treatment and Finance Co-Ordinator 🪥

Tracey started working for Monkmoor Dental in 1998 and went on to gain her NEBDN qualification in 2004. Tracey is our longest serving staff member and has achieved additional qualifications like impression taking and fluoride application!

Tracey has a keen interest in educating people in oral health and has actually visited local primary schools to help educate children on how to look after their teeth.
She currently works as an integral part of the orthodontic team and helps facilitate patients through their journeys as well as advising our on our various finance options.

Outside of work Tracey has a small holding with various animals and loves long walks with her dogs. She is an excellent cook/baker which the rest of the staff benefit from frequently. She is also partial to the odd G&T of course!

Meet the Team - Dental Nurse Holly L🦷

Holly joined Monkmoor Dental Practice in August 2023 and has since qualified in January 2026. Holly enjoys working alongside the dentists and has a keen interest in oral health and dental hygiene which is something she is working towards studying!

Outside of work Holly enjoys cooking and spending time with her family, friends and of course her dog Jet☺️

Meet the team - Lesley: Assistant Manager

Lesley gained her NEBDN qualification in Dental Nursing in 2003 and joined us here at Monkmoor in 2004! This role was both as a nurse and receptionist.

Over the years Lesley has continued to develop her skills and completed additional qualifications, that includes being one of our first aiders here. Her dedicated and experience have seen her progress to Assistant Manager where she plays a vital role in day-to-day runnings of the practice.

As Assistant Manager Lesley is now more office based, this means she focuses on practice compliance and ensuring everything runs smoothly. However, she still loves interacting with our patients and enjoys the occasional opportunity to get back to nursing.

Outside of work Lesley enjoys going on holiday and spending time with her two grandbabies, Wyatt and her fur grandbaby, Lenny the boxer dog! 🐶

Meet the Team - Hygienist Kathryn🪥

Kathryn qualified as a Dental Hygienist in 1990 and has worked in both hospital periodontal departments and general dental practices. She joined us here at Monkmoor Dental February 2026 and is an amazing addition to our team!

The favourite part of her role as a hygienist is helping patients improve their oral hygiene routine and become regular attenders at the practice.

Outside of work she enjoys swimming, yoga and walking!
