The practice is considered a centre of excellence and receives referrals from other clinicians for a wide range of services, from all over Shropshire and beyond. dental therapists/hygienists are supported by highly qualified nursing and reception staff. We are a team of professional individuals all sharing a common aim, to provide excellent dental care with a strong emphasis on prevention. We believe that our blend of experience and expertise, together with an understanding and sympathetic approach, means that our patients are well-informed, confident and at ease with their treatment. New Park House has a very strong commitment to continuing dental education, we regularly host educational events for both the practice team and also visiting clinicians. We believe that keeping abreast of the latest technologies, treatment techniques and investing in the practice is essential. New Park House uses the most advanced dental technology and equipment currently available. Children are always welcome. We endeavour to help them to grow up decay-free and to enjoy their visits to the dentist. We have excellent facilities for wheelchair access. In emergencies, our patients will be seen by a dentist from our own team, including out-of-hours emergencies. If a specialist opinion is needed, we will be happy to make the appropriate referral, which is normally to an in-house specialist. We welcome comments and suggestions from our patients. Should it ever be required, we operate a complaints system in accordance with professional guidelines.
