SORRY, WE HAVE NO NHS PLACES LEFT FOR CHILDREN.
We have from 16:20pm closed the vacancy list as we are now full. For anyone trying after this time apologies but they won’t be added to the list. We will be in contact to book appointments for those who have been successful.
We will update once again if we are able to take on anymore NHS places.

We have a number of spaces available for local children ( under 16 years old )to be registered as NHS patients !! ( this is for those living in a 5 mile radius). The spaces are between 31/3 until 17/4/26. We are limited to dates and times so only patients who can attend on the times offered will be accepted.

Unfortunately due to the high level of parents booking an appointment for their child and then failing to bring them to the appointment has resulted in us having to introduce a one chance offer of registration. If the child is not brought to the appointment they will not be offered another.

Please be aware we are NOT responding to phone calls or FB messages, but if you would like to register a child please EMAIL reception on:

Name of child
Address
Contact number
DOB
We will need details for each child.
We will then at a later date contact you to book an appointment.
Once we reach capacity we will close the books and place a notice on our FB page.

On Tuesday we said farewell to our wonderful cleaner Jeanette Slater who has hung up her apron for good! We will miss you but enjoy your retirement! Love from us all at SSC xx
