A gentle reminder to parents and carers
We are increasingly disappointed by the number of children not brought to their dental appointments, despite reminders being sent.
When an appointment is missed without notice, valuable surgery time is wasted - time that could have been offered to another patient who needs to see the dentist. More importantly, regular dental visits are essential for monitoring children’s teeth and helping to prevent problems from developing or becoming more serious.
We understand that sometimes things happen and appointments can be forgotten or circumstances change. If you are unable to attend, please let us know preferably 24 hours before by phone, or as soon as possible (you can always leave a message if the phone line is busy) or by email, so we can offer the appointment to someone else.
Thank you for helping us make sure our young patients receive the regular dental care they need. 🙏🏻

CHILD SPACES
We have a number of spaces available for local children ( under 16 years old )to be registered as NHS patients !! ( this is for those living in a 5 mile radius). We are limited to dates and times so only patients who can attend on the times offered will be accepted.

Unfortunately due to the high level of parents booking an appointment for their child and then failing to bring them to the appointment has resulted in us having to introduce a one chance offer of registration. If the child is not brought to the appointment they will not be offered another.

Please be aware we are NOT responding to phone calls or FB messages, but if you would like to register a child please EMAIL reception on:

Name of child
Address
Contact number
DOB
We will need details for each child.
We will then at a later date contact you to book an appointment.
Once we reach capacity we will close the books and place a notice on our FB page.

SORRY, WE HAVE NO NHS PLACES LEFT FOR CHILDREN.
We have from 16:20pm closed the vacancy list as we are now full. For anyone trying after this time apologies but they won’t be added to the list. We will be in contact to book appointments for those who have been successful.
We will update once again if we are able to take on anymore NHS places.
