🚨 Cold Sore Policy Reminder 🚨

If you have a cold sore, we kindly ask that you reschedule any non-emergency dental or hygiene appointments until it has fully healed.

💡 Why?
Cold sores are caused by the herpes simplex virus and are highly contagious, especially during dental treatment where aerosols are created. This helps protect you, our team, and other patients.

🦷 What if it’s urgent?
If you are in pain and need emergency care, we can still help — we’ll just take extra precautions, such as covering the area to reduce the risk of cross-infection.

⏳ When can I come in?
Once the cold sore has fully healed (usually around 10–14 days), it’s safe to attend your appointment.
