Great job installing new scope today by DP Medical. Looks so much more modern. I'll finish hiding cables tomorrow. CBCT passed all it's testing, and Jaana and I are fully trained up ( again). Been working on so many things behind the scenes to get open as soon as we can, but lots is none controllable. Very happy to show this build warts and all, so others can find it useful. Won't be long until we get clinical carts into the ops and get all the IT configured.

A lot of progress now we are on site and badgering people. New scope goes up next week. Old faithful in second op.

Back from San Diego where we had an exclusive evening with Gary Carr at PERF in his house. Amazing. Tweaking the office design and working on our ergonomics.

As a tribute to the great Sir Billy Boston, our new practice will have this iconic image at the end of our clinical corridor. I'm not one for politics, but it was nice to see our new Prime Minister in attendance at Billy's funeral today. RIP Billy,

Every day with this project I am learning new things. Today's first thing, we need fire retardant fibre cable for the internet connection, engineer is off in search of some. Hopefully it's 3rd time lucky with Openreach.

I'm also comping a list of delivery companies by reliability. Bottom of the pile is UPS. who are 0/2, DHL and DPD have lost one each as well...... Best has been Royal Mail.
