He came to us with unstable, unaesthetic dentures that had been repaired one too many times. Originally referred to offer him implant-supported dentures, we followed our usual protocol: start with well fitting conventional dentures and reassess.

The result? A stable, comfortable, and natural-looking smile, no implants needed!

Andrew couldn’t be happier with good results and saving money 💵 😄🦷

🟡 In this case, I used gingival retraction (Brinker) clamps , floss ligature and PTFE for seamless anterior veneer and crown placement
