We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated Dental Nurse to join our team whether you’re qualified or looking to start your career as a trainee, we’d love to hear from you.

What the role involves:

Supporting Dentists in surgery
Assisting with patient care and treatment
Reception duties including patient interaction and administration
Being part of a supportive, team-focused environment

The details:

⏰ 38 hours per week (over 4 days)
💰 Pay depending on experience
🔄 Varied role – mix of surgery and reception

We are hiring!!!

We have a great opportunity for someone to join our team at Selkirk Dental Practice.

Position - Receptionist/Dental Nurse Trainee, experience not necessary as training will be provided
Full time or would suit 2 part time positions
(38 hours over a 4-day week)

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a friendly personality who is interested in joining our reception/surgery team.

About the role:
•Greeting patients in person and on the phone, providing a great first impression.
•Appointment booking, answering the telephone and updating patient records.
•Promptly responding to calls, emails and liaising with the team as necessary.
•Handling payments
•Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice.
•As a Dental Nurse you will be assisting the dentists and caring for patients.
•Completing decontamination duties

What we are looking for:
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in person & on the telephone.
•Clear ability to multitask and be highly organised, reliable and punctual.
•Have a confident, positive, friendly attitude and the ability to ensure our patients feel welcome and relaxed at every visit.
•The right candidate must be able to work as part of the team to ensure the patient experience at our practice is outstanding.
•IT skills including word

What you will benefit from :
