We will be working through all emails received. We will be working through the emails in time order, once we reach your email we will be touch.
We hope you can be patience with us during this time as we have had an overwhelming amount of interest.

Polite notice.

We have had a high number of Fail to attend appointments over the last two months.
In September we had 67 patients which totalled 17.15 hours of wasted surgery time.
In October we had 124 patients fail which wasted 30.35 hours of surgery time.
As people are aware NHS appointments are in high demand.
We do have a policy in place if a patient fails to attend two appointments, they are removed from our NHS list, we do have a waiting list of approximately 7 years and those appointments could be crucial to someone else.
We please ask patients to be mindful when making appointments, if they are unable to attend to please contact the practice to prevent any missed appointments.

All reminders going forward will be done via email.

Thank you for your keen interest in our previous post.
Due to unprecedented interest we are now at capacity and unfortunately, we are not able to offer everyone that has emailed places at this time. Hopefully in the future we will be able to open our books back up.
Please keep an eye out for any new updates regarding NHS availability.

Hello Everyone,
We hope that everyone is keeping safe during these difficult times. Just to keep you up-to-date as to what has been happening at our practice, how we have been supporting the pandemic response and how we are trying to ensure we are there for you when you need us.

Our dental team have been working throughout the pandemic to provide emergency dental treatment to patients who have been referred by the NHS therefore reducing pressure on the 111 service. We have been acting as an urgent dental care centre for local practices that had to close for safety reasons during the initial stages of the pandemic

As things have started to improve, other local dental practices have started to re-open and our capacity has started to recover. As with many different industries we have now had to find a new way of working and our priority is always to protect our patients and staff.

We are now working to strict Government and dental guidelines and this means that we still have a drastically reduced capacity to see patients which we had prior to the pandemic. We really appreciate your patience and our team are trying hard to see you all as quickly as possible.

If you need us urgently we are there for you, so please do get in touch. We are trying to clear our outstanding treatment on a priority basis and we are hopeful that we will be able to start seeing patients for routine NHS appointments from January. (This is subject to change should infection rates increase or there is a change in Government guidelines).

When the pandemic started our practice stepped up and helped your local community treat urgent cases which have been referred by the NHS and those in need from our existing patient base.

I can assure you that we are working hard to get back to a ‘new normal’ way of working. I would ask you to please bare with us whilst we treat the most critical patients who need us, this will allow us to resume routine care as soon as possible.
