Another successfully treated tooth under the NHS by Dr. S. Ravipati.

A lovely 53-year-old patient presented with severe pain in the upper left first molar, accompanied by an infection. Following a full clinical examination and investigations, Dr. Ravipati carried out root canal treatment on the upper left first molar under the NHS.

An 11-month review, including a control radiograph, showed complete healing of the lesion and a successful outcome for the patient.

With the help of the scanner , we are able to eliminate the need for Impression materials. This process is quick, clean, and comfortable and eliminates the need for impression material and at the same time significantly reduces discomfort and anxiety.
The images are available instantly and transferred to the laboratory. This also allows for faster diagnosis and treatment planning.
Accuracy and Efficiency
The data that Intraoral scanners generally provide are more accurate compared to traditional impressions, eliminates the need for retakes.

This client has approached Dr Ravipati after she fractured her UL2 and was very upset and wanted to discuss treatment options,After various options were discussed, a mock up with composite was carried out to show the client the possible end result with bonding. Client has opted for bonding which is less invasive and at the same time can give desirable outcome. Caries was removed and later Bonding was carried out by Dr Ravipati in 45min on the UL2end result was satisfactory and the patient was extremely happy with the final outcome

17 year old young girl came with severe swelling on the chin. Periapical radiograph showing very large apical lesion. After taking previous history and carefully conducting vitality tests, it was decided LL1 is the offending tooth and Root canal treatment was carried out. Post operative radiograph taken 7 months shows successfully healing apical lesion
