One of the more challenging cases I had lately. Patient not happy with UR1 crown, metal showing being main concern.
Once crown was removed I found a very dark stump which made the preparation and shade matching more difficult. I used BOPT tehnique, allowed enough space for PFZ crown. Gum recontouring done with the prototype, no surgical lenghtening needed.

Sadly, we have had over 2.5 hours of NHS and 2 hours of private surgery time wasted today due to patients failing to attend their appointments.

This is an incredible amount of time that could have been offered to other patients.

If you can not attend your appointment for any reason, please call us to make us aware at your earliest convenience. This allows us to offer this time to another patient. Overall, this helps us cut down waiting times for everyone.
