This month’s spotlight is on Dr Deepak Mohal, who has successfully completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Merit! 👏
A remarkable achievement following four years of dedication, balancing clinical practice, family life and raising two young children.
For Deepak, pursuing an MBA was about more than gaining another qualification. It was about understanding how effective leadership, innovation and decision-making can shape the future of dentistry and ultimately improve the experience and care we provide to our patients.
One of his biggest takeaways was recognising the need for greater collaboration between dentistry and the wider healthcare sector. His research highlighted how the UK still has significant opportunities to better integrate dental care with GP, pharmacy and hospital services.
