This still needs saying, it’s where we all need to start. And I’ve been there with zero skincare, splashing water onto my face and no more- so there is no judgement here at all if you’re just starting out. 🥰

If you’re not doing these basics but exploring injectables, it’s like not brushing your teeth in between hygiene visits.

Once you’re in a good routine with these you can start adding in the actives, you need the basic canvas for those to work though.

I used to carry around a bottle of moisturiser during the winter for the exact reasons Jen’s describing here. Dry, dull flaky, even tight skin. And I’d be reapplying it every couple of hours just so I didn’t look like a flapjack (Jen’s description and pretty perfect too 🙌🏻😆)

But I’ve found this particular treatment combo works brilliantly to treat or prevent it. We’re using a peel to take off the dull, dead surface layer of the skin, revealing the fresher layer underneath. And we’re hydrating from within with injectable hyaluronic acid to add hydration for the skin.

It’s like an inside outside approach to winter skin, and what will happen is that one day you’ll just realise that your skin’s better. You won’t have to keep reapplying the moisturiser during the day, your make up is going on better with the fresh base, and you’ve got a great glow going on 😊
