If you are unable to attend your appointment because of the weather, we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client who may be waiting urgently.

For your Tuesday dental tip, floss before you brush. By flossing first, you dislodge hidden food particles and plaque from between your teeth, allowing your toothbrush to sweep them away much more effectively 🦷

If you live in Rochdale, you may already be aware that major roadworks start today in the area. The road beside Tesco, the road in front of the practice, and the road coming from Sandbrook Park will all be affected.

We expect this to cause significant traffic delays, which may result in patients and staff arriving late.

Please allow plenty of extra time when travelling to your appointment.

The roadwork signs advise that these works could remain in place for up to 12 months.

In April our practice lost 54 hours of surgery time due to 206 missed appointments.

We completely understand that life can be busy and unexpected things come up. If you’re unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the time to another patient who may be waiting for treatment.

A quick call or message can make a big difference in helping us care for as many patients as possible. Thank you for your support and understanding 🦷💙

Polite Notice

As you are aware, a significant amount of clinical time is lost when patients do not attend appointments that they have booked.

As part of our practice policy, we have decided that all private appointments must be paid for in full at the time of booking. This policy also applies to emergency appointments for patients who are not registered NHS patients.
