The case of the single front tooth crown 👑

Our patient called in having bitten hard on an almond. Half her old crown went flying resulting in requiring a new restoration.

Her old crown was 30 years old, had been repaired once, undergone gum recession...had this recession repaired with composite and then broke again.

We temporised the tooth on the day she came in. Spoke to our lab ukdentech , and constructed a new crown to mimic her adjacent natural tooth.

- to lift the colour
- composite bonding on her canines
- contouring of her front two teeth
