Many people keep their toothbrush for far longer than they should but worn bristles won’t clean your teeth properly and can make brushing less effective.

We recommend replacing your toothbrush or electric toothbrush head every 3–4 months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed. It’s also a good idea to change it after being unwell to help maintain good oral hygiene ✨
