Are your teeth worn out?

What do I enjoy most working at Penlan Dental Care? I enjoy working with the friendly team at Penlan Dental Practice and having the occasional interesting conversation with patients in the surgery.

When I’m not working, I like going on holiday with my wife and young son, and also sometimes doing a bit of cycling and running.

💧Drink plenty of water and avoid fizzy drinks.

🍓Eat healthy foods like, fruits, vegetables, cheese and yogurt.

🦷Let your kids have their treats straight after a meal. Avoid sipping on fizzy drinks and eating snacks through out the day. Eating and drinking sweet treats only after a meal prevents severe blood sugar spikes, protects your teeth from constant acid attacks, and keeps cravings under control.

🪥Get into a routine on learning them how to brush their teeth properly. By giving them a timer and help them brush their teeth.

What do I enjoy the most about working at Penlan Dental Care? I love working alongside the amazing team here. As a dental nurse, no two days are ever the same, and I enjoy learning something new every day. I also love meeting patients and then seeing them leave happier and more confident with their smiles.
