This patient unfortunately had a fall and fractured and displaced her front teeth. We completed an emergency repair and stabilised the teeth followed by invisalign whitening and then composite bonding. Back to smiling with confidence!

Tried and tested porcelain fused to metal bridges

One of the most widely used options to replace missing teeth involve placing crowns on the teeth near gaps and then bringing between them to replace missing teeth.

In this case we did a full top set to do a full smile makeover and avoid needing a denture!

Lightly toasted bagel with a nice dollop of sundried tomato stewed either garlic and oregano sauce, topped up with mozarella, peppers, onions, chicken and olives. Finished with a dusting of Italian mixed herbs. Only 15 minutes cooking time and super tasty when your feeling lazy

2nd post this week, It's good to be back! now that we are back up and running (still at reduced numbers and working out of 2 surgeries.) The patient presented with an old fracture with just the end of the tooth left behind and the gum closed over fully. We decided to go for an extraction of the retained root with an immediate Maryland bridge instead of an implant or denture. I completed the extraction gently and maintained the gum and the bone contour (vital to maintaining the natural smile) I then finished by fitted the bridge straight after removing the tooth combining my surgical and restorative experience to achieve this result.

and venus composite to achieve this result.

So enjoyable delivering confidence boosting results to lovely patients! I love using all my toys (my accountant calls it equipment) for finishing the final composite fillings.

This lovely chap came in having not seen a dentist for a while (youd be amazed how many people leave it because they are embarrassed about coming in. Dont worry! Us dentists see lots of high needs cases everyday😁) due to the age of the patient we decided to go down a more minimally invasive filling root to try and maintain the original teeth as much as possible. So back to my old favourite technique of composite with some edge bonding.
