Our dental practice is closed over the weekend.

Otherwise, we’ll be back open as usual on Monday from 9:00am. 😊 - if you have an appointment with us next week, just a gentle reminder to please complete your online forms prior to your appointment if possible.

🦷✨ Little teeth need big care! ✨🦷

For children learning about brushing twice a day is an important part of building healthy habits for life. 🪥💙

👶 A few tips for parents:
• Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste.
• An adult should help or supervise brushing until your child can brush well by themselves.
• Use a small, soft toothbrush and a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste for children aged 3–6.
• Encourage your child to spit rather than rinse after brushing, so the fluoride can keep protecting their teeth.
• Make brushing fun — sing a song, use a timer, or let them choose their toothbrush! They even come with characters on.
