☀️ Staying cool during the heatwave ☀️

We’ve seen that some local schools are closing due to the extreme temperatures this week, but we’d like to reassure our patients that Evolve Dentistry remains open as usual.

Our practice is fully air-conditioned, providing a cool and comfortable environment for your appointment, and we always have plenty of chilled water available for patients and visitors.

If you have an appointment booked with us, please continue to attend as planned. If you’re travelling in the heat, we recommend allowing a little extra time for your journey and bringing a water bottle with you.

🚦 Heading to Evolve soon?

Please be aware that major roadworks connected to the new Portishead railway station are due to begin this month and may affect your journey to the practice.

From 22 June, Harbour Road will operate as a one-way system, with diversion routes in place, and from 25 June further bridge works will affect travel around Sheepway and Portbury.

We’ve shared the official diversion map below so you can plan ahead.

If you’re visiting us for an appointment, we recommend allowing a little extra time for your journey over the coming weeks.

⚠️ Travel update for Portishead patients ⚠️

If you’re visiting us over the coming months, please allow extra time for your journey.

Network Rail has announced road changes as part of the Portishead to Bristol railway project, including:

🚗 Harbour Road becoming one-way from 22 June
🚧 Diversion routes via Station Road and Wyndham Way
🚌 Changes to X4 bus services from 25 June due to Sheepway bridge works
⏳ Ongoing works around Quays Avenue and the new station area

We’ve included the diversion map below to help you plan your journey.
