For Stephen, the goal was never a “perfect” smile. It was a smile that still felt like his. 🦷

His worn front teeth were rebuilt using composite to restore their appearance and function while retaining the character of his natural smile.

Stephen was clear that he wanted to keep the character of his smile, including his existing gold fillings, rather than making everything look completely uniform.

Alongside his composite rebuild, he also had extractions and a dental implant placed by Dr Toheed Hamid, helping restore his bite and function.

🛠️ Come behind the scenes for the refurbishment of our decontamination room!

This is one of the most important spaces at Combe Road Dental, even though our patients don’t usually get to see it.

It’s where our instruments go through a thorough decontamination and sterilisation process, ready to be safely used for patient care. 🦷

The refurbishment has also given us the opportunity to improve how our equipment and stock are organised, helping our team work efficiently while maintaining the high standards we expect throughout the practice.

Because providing great care isn’t only about what happens in the dental chair. It’s everything that happens behind the scenes too. 💛

This smile was improved using Invisalign, home bleaching and composite edge bonding to correct the alignment, brighten the teeth and restore the areas affected by tooth wear.

The aim wasn't to replace healthy teeth.

It was to preserve what was already there, rebuild the worn edges and create a natural-looking result that complements the patient's smile.
