🪥 MANUAL vs ELECTRIC — does it really matter?

The good news? You can achieve a great clean with either toothbrush when you’re using the right technique and brushing consistently.

That said, electric toothbrushes can make things a little easier by helping with brushing time, pressure and plaque removal — especially if you sometimes find yourself rushing your brushing routine.

✨ Whichever you choose, remember:
🤍 Brush twice a day for 2 minutes
🤍 Use a fluoride toothpaste
🤍 Choose a soft-bristled brush
🤍 Don’t forget your interdental cleaning
🤍 Avoid brushing too hard

There’s no need for an expensive toothbrush to have a healthy smile — good technique and consistency will always matter most. 🦷

Which do you use: manual or electric? 👇

✨ Thinking about brightening your smile? Let’s talk teeth whitening… 🦷🤍

There’s a lot of information out there about whitening, so we’ve put together the facts you actually need to know — from what causes staining to what whitening can (and can’t!) change.

Professional whitening is about achieving a brighter, natural-looking smile, rather than simply going as white as possible. ✨

Swipe through to find out more 👉🏼

And remember, a healthy smile always comes first. A consultation with your dentist is the best place to start before whitening.
