If you have been diligent with oral hygiene, a sweet treat or two will do no harm!

Dr Philip is a fan of doughnuts, as you can see! They were a gift from our patient to our fantastic dental therapist today for completing such great work, always! Go Zuzanna 👊🏼

👉🏼👉🏼Take away from this: The number of times you consume sugar a day impacts your oral health more than the quantity.

💬Side note: sugar causes inflammation in our bodies so quantity does mean something, it just doesn’t mean as much for decay.
Be like Zuzanna and always share your donuts with your work colleagues 😋.. eat them as part of your lunch to be kinder to your teeth 🙌🏼

This patient came to us directly for AIRFLOW hygiene GBT treatment (because GUMS are the most important ☺️)

AND wanted to know what could be done about his missing teeth and other teeth with lost enamel and dentine?

Many patients come to us wanting all their worn tired looking removed and replaced with implants with Philip McCauley, but we assess everyone individually to come up with the best long term solution that is also cost effective 👌🏼👌🏼

In this case SOME implants were opted for, but actually most of the natural teeth will last a VERY long time with good support from our GBT hygiene team ✨✨
