A: We are located in Poole, Dorset - BH13 7AA 📍

Q: What are your opening hours?
A: We are open Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. Please note, we are closed between 1pm - 2pm for lunch.

Q: Are you accepting new patients?
A: Yes, we are currently welcoming new patients.

Q: Do you offer NHS appointments?
A: We are a private practice and are unable to see patients under the NHS.

Q: How can I book an appointment?
A: You can book an appointment with us over the phone, or in person.

Q: Do you treat children?
A: Yes! We treat patients of all ages, helping to keep smiles healthy at every stage of life 😊

Lotty joined our practice in 2026, having started her dental nursing career in 2023 and qualifying in 2024.

Friendly and chatty by nature, she enjoys helping patients feel relaxed and comfortable throughout their visits.

Alongside dental nursing, Lotty is also a qualified aesthetics practitioner and runs her own aesthetics business in Wimborne.

Outside of work, she spends most of her free time with her horses and regularly competes at weekends! 🏇

As a Dental Practice, one of the most common things we see is inflammation starting between the teeth where a regular toothbrush can’t reach.

This is where ‘interdental brushes’ come in! They help to:

• Remove plaque from those hard-to-reach spaces
• Reduce gum inflammation and bleeding

Tilly started dental nursing in 2019 and joined our practice just recently. She enjoys working in general dentistry and takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and relaxed during their appointments.

With her smiley, chatty, and bubbly personality, Tilly helps put patients at ease and enjoys supporting them throughout their journey at the practice. She also has a particular interest in working with patients with learning disabilities, ensuring they feel supported, understood, and comfortable during their visits.

Outside of work, Tilly enjoys attending live music concerts, hiking around the Purbecks and holidays! ☀️
