Paul Sutcliffe & Samuel Sutcliffe are off to Italy on Monday!

They’re heading over for a visit to the Simple&smart SRL factory, with plenty of technical training, product knowledge and a look at what’s coming next.

But don’t worry — SSD Group is still here if you need us!

Paul & Samuel will remain available via WhatsApp for remote support while they’re away, and Chris will be available here in the UK for any urgent call-outs or emergencies.

A couple of days learning, developing and bringing even more knowledge back to the SSD team.

Normal service continues — just with two of the team temporarily swapping Plymouth for Italy!

5 DAYS TO GO 🇮🇹

On 5–6 October, Simple & Smart UK will be visiting the Simple & Smart facility in Italy alongside our trusted dealer partners.

The visit will include technical training, valuable time with the Simple & Smart team, and a preview meeting for the new SS_One.

It is a great opportunity to strengthen our product knowledge and continue improving the support we provide to dental practices across the UK.

Follow along for updates from the visit. An in-person “we’re here” post will follow from Italy. 🤝

One SS_ONE dental unit from our Plymouth showroom is now available, and there's only one.

As Simple & Smart prepares to release the latest SS_ONE, our current showroom unit is moving on.

It is a strong fit for a new practice, an extra room, or a practice replacing an older chair with something simpler and more serviceable. It is offered on a first-come basis.

Buying from SSD Group includes more than the unit. Our engineers can install and commission it, advise on layout and service connections, and support it with planned maintenance, technical advice and parts provision.

Come to our Plymouth showroom to sit in the chair, explore its positions and talk it through with the engineers who look after it. Visits are by arrangement.
