Most people think brushing your teeth is pretty straightforward…

But a few small changes to your routine can make a big difference to your teeth and gums 🦷

For healthier brushing:

🪥 Use gentle, circular movements instead of aggressive scrubbing

🪥 Brush for 2 minutes, twice a day - it’s longer than most people think!

🪥 Don’t ignore bleeding gums. Bleeding when you brush can be a sign of gum disease, so it’s worth getting checked.

🪥 Remember your gum line. Plaque can build up where your teeth meet your gums, so make sure you gently brush along this area too.

And one more thing…

Spit, don’t rinse straight after brushing. This helps leave the fluoride from your toothpaste on your teeth for longer.

Small changes to your daily routine can make a big difference over time 🤍
