On Saturday 22nd August, seven colleagues from Colosseum Dental UK joined participants from across Colosseum Dental Group for the 2026 CDG Move4Good Alpe d’Huez Challenge! 🚴♀️⛰️
After weeks of training, preparation workshops and team-building activities, our team took on the legendary Alpe d’Huez. With more than 1,100 metres of elevation, 21 iconic hairpin bends, gruelling gradients and challenging high-altitude conditions, it was a true test of resilience, strength and determination.
Now in its third year, Move4Good is Colosseum Dental’s group-wide fitness and fundraising initiative, bringing colleagues together through movement, health and wellbeing while raising funds for important charitable causes.
Since February, colleagues across 11 Colosseum Dental Group countries have been tracking their physical activity and competing on a group-wide leaderboard. At the end of the challenge, the top three countries will share a €200,000 charity fund to donate to causes of their choice.
And for the UK, that goal is firmly within reach! We’re currently sitting in second place, and if we can maintain that position, we could donate around £50,000 to our 2026 charity partner, Dementia UK.
Throughout the challenge, colleagues who reached key milestones and excelled in monthly challenges earned their place in the prestigious Alpe d’Huez finale. Our participants have trained incredibly hard for this moment, showing the commitment, discipline and grit needed to take on one of the world’s most iconic climbs.
