‼️ Missed Appointments - February 2026 ‼️

In February alone, we had 12 hours and 8 minutes of missed appointments — that’s almost two full working days lost.

When patients don’t show up or cancel last minute, it means:
👉 Someone else who needed urgent care couldn’t be seen
👉 Our clinicians’ time is wasted
👉 NHS resources are lost

We completely understand that life happens — but if you can’t make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. A quick call can make a big difference to someone else’s smile.

Due to an ongoing incident near to the practice - the Scottish Fire & Rescue Service have closed part of Skye Crescent.

At present the practice is still open, and patients who have appointments should be aware that access to Skye Crescent is currently limited.

We are having difficulty accessing the practice today due to a fault with our shutter.
Unfortunately patients will need to be rebooked and we are unable to answer telephone calls.

We will post further updates when we get access to the practice.

If you are experiencing toothache, have facial swelling, bleeding or trauma over the weekend; please call NHS 24 on 111 to access the emergency out of hours dental service.
