✨ Congratulations to our trainee dental nurse- Rebecca on her recent award ✨

Rebecca has been studying at SWC for the last year to obtain her Level 3 Dental Nursing Qualification. 🦷

We are so proud of her receiving ‘Student of the Year’ today.

Her hard work and determination is inspiring and we are so proud of her and all that she brings to Team Gentle Dentistry Omagh ✨

Great case for a highly motivated patient. 🦷

Patient was unhappy with colour of their teeth. 😔 They were not happy with the worn, short bottom front teeth.

They had an existing denture that was loose and did very little to help with eating. 🍽️

After going through all the options, together we decided on a treatment plan. We whitened the teeth with some at home teeth whitening to create the desired result. 🦷

Then we built up the lower teeth using composite bonding (no injections required). 💉

We replaced the old crown and decided on a metal based denture which still gives great aesthetics but has a much firmer fit and comfort when eating.

Now that we are a fully digital practice we were able to offer all this treatment in half the time ⏰

This August Dr Kathryn, Clodagh and Joanne are lacing up the running shoes and all taking part in the Antrim Coast Half Marathon on 23rd August 2026. They each are running the half marathon to raise funds for Women’s Aid Northern Ireland.

Domestic violence in Northern Ireland is an ongoing epidemic, with over 30,000 incidents recorded in the year ending September 2025 with 79% of offenders are male, with 15% female.

We have chosen to raise funds for a local charity to support women and children that have faced these devastating situations.

✨ Feel Good Friday. ✨

We achieved this great result for our lovely patient 🦷

They weren’t happy with the positioning of some of the upper teeth and wished for a fuller, more even smile 😁

It required a lot of planning to ensure we achieved the result they wanted ✅

We moved the teeth into the correct position with clear aligners and then whitened to improve the colour and the final touch was some composite bonding to improve the height and shape. 🦷🫶🏻

This patient was delighted with the result ✨
