This August Dr Kathryn, Clodagh and Joanne are lacing up the running shoes and all taking part in the Antrim Coast Half Marathon on 23rd August 2026. They each are running the half marathon to raise funds for Women’s Aid Northern Ireland.

Domestic violence in Northern Ireland is an ongoing epidemic, with over 30,000 incidents recorded in the year ending September 2025 with 79% of offenders are male, with 15% female.

We have chosen to raise funds for a local charity to support women and children that have faced these devastating situations.

✨ Feel Good Friday. ✨

We achieved this great result for our lovely patient 🦷

They weren’t happy with the positioning of some of the upper teeth and wished for a fuller, more even smile 😁

It required a lot of planning to ensure we achieved the result they wanted ✅

We moved the teeth into the correct position with clear aligners and then whitened to improve the colour and the final touch was some composite bonding to improve the height and shape. 🦷🫶🏻

This patient was delighted with the result ✨

And what a year it has been, we have -

- taken on over 300 new patients in the local area, with hope to increase this number very soon
- Won our first award for Professional Services at the Omagh Business Awards 2025
- Continued to be a training facility for dental nurses, working closely with South West College
- Installed two brand new dental chairs to make your experience as comfortable as possible
- Introduced new technologies to aid in efficiency of your treatment.

Our first year was a busy one, but we are aiming to keep improving, keep growing and keep helping our patients to the highest standard!

At their consultation we discussed implants or a bridge, the patient opted for a bridge. 🌁

At Gentle Dentistry we are continuously trying to improve our skills and through additional courses and continued education we can provide more complex treatments like this. 😁
