Dentures shouldn’t be something you just “put up with”. If you’re noticing any of these signs, it may be time for an adjustment:

1️⃣ Sore spots or rubbing
Persistent irritation isn’t normal and usually means the fit needs refining.

2️⃣ Looseness or movement
Dentures that shift when talking or eating often need relining or adjusting.
