This smile was created entirely freehand no templates, no laboratory, no cookie-cutter designs. Every contour, line angle and surface texture was sculpted by me with the patient in the chair, making adjustments throughout the appointment until we were both happy with the final result.

🪥 Brushing your teeth isn’t just about having a bright smile it’s about protecting your teeth and gums for life.

Brush twice a day for 2 minutes using a soft-bristled toothbrush and gentle circular motions. Hold the brush at a 45° angle towards the gumline to remove plaque effectively without damaging your gums.

Don’t scrub too hard gentle is better! Replace your toothbrush every 3 months (or sooner if the bristles are worn), clean between your teeth daily, and visit your dentist every 6 months for regular check-ups.

But keeping them healthy long-term depends on maintenance too 🦷

My advice for patients with composite bonding:

• attend regular dental check-ups & hygiene visits more often
• use a high fluoride toothpaste daily
• floss every night to prevent decay between the teeth
• wear your nightguard if advised
• reduce staining foods/drinks in the first 48h after treatment
• remember: bonding needs maintenance just like natural teeth
