It’s not often we say goodbye to our team so this one’s hard for us! After over nine amazing years at WDC, Nora has decided it’s time to say goodbye! “Time to live a little” she said! We think there may be extra travelling to be done & cocktails to be drank! 🍹We will really miss Nora both for her amazing work ethic & skilled work but also for her spirit, laugh & sense of humour! Whatever has been asked of Nora-her work is always carried out quickly & to a really top standard. She has always been a huge support to WDC through the ups and the harder times as well, something we have always been grateful of-and often first to get involved & join in for social & our charity events. She will leave a big gap-don’t be a stranger Nora 😊

WDC on tour! Today Anna & Monica volunteered for the first time with Dentaid The Dental Charity working in their clinic for people experiencing homelessness in their amazing mobile dental van at Changing Lives in Dudley. We had a good day, out of our comfort zone of the practice! We will be back again soon, thank you for welcoming us and supporting us so well today Heloise & Jed. We will be back!

When our patients old crowns are removed, we ask them if we can donate them to Gold for Kids , the metal in those crowns gets refined and then sold. The money is then donated to charity. A single crown is worth very very little but collectively, they add up. We’re proud to support this innovative charity-our industry should be really proud of them!

Happy five years at WDC to Mya Ali!! Mya never stops still & is a firecracker of a woman! She is part of our amazing team of dental nurses at WDC but also an entrepreneur in her heart & never stops developing herself & pushing on to achieve her personal goals. We’re proud to have her on our team! Happy anniversary Mya 🥰

With our renovations progressing nicely (if a little noisily!) and our new surgery almost ready to go, we are now in a position to start offering more services at WDC. We are delighted to say that at Wollaton Dental Care in Wollaton, Nottingham NG8 2QP we will soon be offering orthodontic treatment for adults and children, including fixed braces and clear aligners!
