We are still currently telephone triaging our patients. Following national guidance, in surgery appointments will be prioritised for patients with urgent needs, and patients that are mid treatment, where it is not advisable to delay appointments and we are able to carry out what is required safely. We will resume routine appointments when the Covid-19 alert level falls and the NHS issues us with further guidance.

We are missing all our lovely patients and look forward to seeing you all very soon.

Following the most recent guidelines here is some useful dental advice. We are still able to give telephone advice for emergency queries where needed during our normal working hours. Please stay at home and stay safe.

We would like to inform you that due to the Covid-19 outbreak we are currently following the latest government guidelines and are unable to work as normal.

It is our duty to protect our valued patients, our staff and our families. We have taken the difficult decision to cancel all routine examinations and treatments.

Please do not arrive at the practice unannounced. If you, or anyone in your household, are experiencing a new continuous cough and/or a high temperature, please do not come to the practice.

We will be maintaining a telephone service for advice and booking emergency appointments.

Dental emergencies include:

Severe pain for 48 hours
Facial swelling
Trauma or uncontrolled bleeding

We understand that this is inconvenient and that treatment timelines will as a result be extended. We will resume a normal service once it is safe to do so.

Our team will be in touch regarding postponing your appointments.

Castilian Street Dental Practice is open as normal. As always we are maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

We continue to keep up to date with the guidance set out by Public Health England.

If you have an appointment scheduled please contact us if you are experiencing the following symptoms:

A HIGH TEMPERATURE (37.8 degrees centigrade or above) OR A NEW CONTINUOUS COUGH.

The current advice is to STAY AT HOME (self isolate) for 14 DAYS from the onset of symptoms.

We politely ask that upon arrival at the practice, our patients wash their hands or use the hand sanitiser provided at the reception desk.
