Please note the practice will be closing early at 12:00pm today for staff training and the Easter weekend.

🐣 Bank Holiday Monday – 6th April (Closed)

We will reopen on Tuesday 7th April at 9:00am.

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances at the practice.

If you have been informed that your usual dentist is leaving.

Until we recruit another NHS dental associate, we are unable to see you for routine care. We will place you on a waiting list and be in touch once we have the capacity to see you again.

Our current NHS dentists are at full capacity and do not have space to take on extra patients.

PLEASE BE REASSURED YOU WILL NOT BE DEREGISTERED FROM THE NHS LIST, and we will still see you for any urgent care.

SHOULD YOU HAVE ANY URGENT PAIN, issues, or concerns, please call the practice on 0191 2961018 at 8:45 for an urgent appointment.

Please be reassured the practice is doing everything we can do to recruit and replace, which you may be aware is an issue multiple practices are facing up and down the country.

At this moment in time, the practice remains committed to delivering NHS dental care.

We do have a limited availability with our dental associates on a private basis including our sister practice New Smile Company.

Please speak to a member of reception about this.

🎄 We are running urgent care clinics on Friday 27th, Monday 30th and Tuesday 31st December.
To book an appointment for any of these sessions please contact the practice on the day by calling 0191 2961018
In the event of a severe emergency such as trauma, swelling or excessive bleeding outside of normal working hours please call 111 for advice.
Normal working hours will resume on Thursdsy 2nd January at 9.00 am 🎄
