What an incredible day celebrating our amazing team at the Todays Dental Summit 2026! 💙

Set in the incredible surroundings of Bristol Aerospace, underneath Concorde, it was certainly a spectacular location for a Day or reflection, Learning, meeting sponsors and of celebration, recognition and some very special awards. ✈️🏆

We were absolutely delighted to come away Highly Commended for our Hygiene & Therapy Team! 👏🏼

While we didn’t quite take home the win this year, we are incredibly proud of how far we have come. This year, more than ever, we have put the Patient Journey at the very heart of what we do — from the first interaction with our practice, throughout their care, and every step in between. ❤️

For us, it’s not just about the end result… it’s about how our patients feel along the way.

To be recognised as Highly Commended amongst so many fantastic practices is something our whole team should be incredibly proud of.

After leaving El-Nashar Dental Care three years ago to head off to university and further her career, we are absolutely delighted to welcome Hayley Rowe back to the practice — this time as our Dental Therapist! 🦷✨

What an incredible achievement! 🎓👏 Hayley has worked so hard to reach this point, and we couldn’t be prouder to see her return with even more knowledge, skills and experience.

For those who remember Hayley from her time with us, you’ll know just how much she was loved by our patients and team. Her attention to detail, caring nature and commitment to providing excellent patient care have always been clear — so having her back feels very special indeed. 💛

It’s wonderful to see someone who started their journey with us leave to grow, develop and achieve their goals, and then come full circle and return to the practice in a new role.

We know Hayley will be a fantastic Dental Therapist and we’re so excited for our patients to see her again — and for those who haven’t met her yet, you’re in for a treat!

Welcome home, Hayley — we’re so pleased to have you back! 🥰🦷✨
