Following confirmation on the state funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, please be aware that the practice will now be closed on Monday 19th September 2022, to allow our team members to pay their respects.

We will re-open as normal on Tuesday 20th September 2022.

Hello everyone! Some of you already know that I have recently started to swim and this year have decided to do a swimathon for DiabetesUk. Diabetes affects so many people in our society and even has dental implications such as a higher risk of gum disease. There is absolutely no pressure but should you wish to contribute to this amazing cause I am sharing my just giving page!

We would like to take this moment to thank our patients for their patience and understanding during the last 2 years. As we are getting back to normal, we would like to remind our patients, and any potential new patients, of our Zero Tolerance of Abuse policy, in line with the wider NHS.

Our staff come to work to care for others, and it is important for all members of the public and our staff to be treated with courtesy and respect. In these difficult times, we are doing our utmost to see as many patients as possible whilst maintaining a high standard of care.

Any aggressive or violent behaviour towards our staff or any member of the public within our practice premises will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Anyone found to be verbally and/or physically abusive, either in person or over the telephone, will have to be deregistered from our practice in line with this policy.

We feel sure that you will understand that proper behaviour, care and consideration is necessary to ensure a safe environment for both staff and patients, and that non-observance of this policy can’t be accepted. Thank you.

We are experiencing a large volume of calls and messages about a letter our patient’s have received from NHS England regarding the changes at this practice from April 2022. Please be assured that nothing will change regarding your registration with our practice. We are aware that the wording of this letter may have caused confusion and concern.
We also apologise unreservedly if you received a letter addressed to a deceased loved one and we understand that this will have caused you upset and distress. We have contacted NHS England about this.
We are also aware that there is an error in the letter regarding the NHS Band 3 charge which we have also relayed to NGS England.
