Due to the high demand in dental appointments, Victoria road dental have a policy in place to ensure all patients and potential patients are treated fairly to allow everyone access to the service.
It is therefore, Victoria road dental have put in place a strict Cancellation and Failed to attend policy for all patients, including private patients.
If a patient Fails To Attend or cancels x 2 appointments within 24hrs of their appointment, without exceptional circumstances, no further appointments will be available.
Private consultations, appointments, including private hygiene, which are missed or late cancelled will incur a charge appropriate to the time lost. This is to be paid before any further appointments are made.
