The practice is currently operating at a reduced capacity (due to the ongoing Covid restrictions) and dealing with a large volume of patients who require our services. We are striving to be able to offer check-up and routine treatments for all our patients, however, please be patient as there are delays for these appointments whilst we continue to prioritise those patients with an urgent dental problem and those patients requiring treatment.

Please do not contact the practice to book your routine check-up appointments.

Patients will be contacted ,when capacity allows, in the order of when their routine check-up appointments were due.

UPDATE:
We would like to reassure all our patients at Elm Villa Dental Practice that we are staying OPEN as normal following the Government’s announcement yesterday evening (RE: the third national lockdown).

It has been confirmed that dental practices are an essential service and will not be affected by the new restrictions.

We have a good supply of enhanced PPE and continue to adhere to robust policies and procedures on cross infection to ensure the safety of everyone that attends.

As always, we will continue to review the national guidance from our governing bodies and will ensure that we act in a safe and responsible manner to ensure the safety of our patients, staff, and wider community.

Please note that we are still operating on an appointment only basis. This is to ensure we can ‘screen’ all patients before they come to the practice for the safety of our other patients and team members
