Meet Courtney – Our Trainee Dental Nurse! ⭐️

Courtney joined the Abacus team in February and is working towards completing her training in 2028. ✨

Courtney is passionate about creating a supportive and comfortable environment for patients, making every visit a positive experience. Her favourite treatment to assist with is extractions, as she finds them really interesting and enjoys seeing the different stages of treatment and the variety of teeth. 🦷

Once qualified, Courtney hopes to return to college to gain the A-levels she needs to apply to King’s College London, where she would like to study medicine and dentistry. Her long-term ambition is to become a dentist herself and, one day, open her own practice. 🌟

Outside the practice, Courtney loves listening to rock and roll music, especially Elvis Presley! 🎶 She has also played guitar for 11 years, which is something she really enjoys. 🎸💃

The holiday season has officially arrived at the practice, and we couldn’t be more excited! 🎄✨

Emily and Layla had so much fun putting up decorations today. From hanging ornaments to adding just the right amount of sparkle, the whole practice is now officially North Pole approved, even Santa admitted our decorations are “floss-tastic”. 🎅

We hope our patients feel the same joy when they visit. The holidays are all about connection, kindness, and community, and we’re bringing all that into our space this season. Cheers to festive teamwork and brighter smiles then ever. 😁
