If you have an active cold sore or feel one developing before your appointment, please contact our team before attending. Treatment may need to be delayed until the area has healed usually within 7–10 days.

To help healing:
✔️ Keep the area clean
✔️ Avoid touching the sore
✔️ Use antiviral cream if needed
✔️ Stay hydrated

Toothbrush Care Tuesday 🦷

Keep your toothbrush clean and dry!

Bacteria can grow more easily on damp surfaces, so after brushing:
✔️ Rinse your toothbrush well
✔️ Store it upright
✔️ Let it air dry (avoid closed containers!)

And don’t forget to replace your toothbrush every 3 months (or sooner if the bristles are worn).

Small habits = a healthier smile.
