This Deaf Awareness Week (4th - 10th May), our practices are proud to come together in support of the deaf community 💙

We have hearing loops available in practice, and our team is always happy to help support your dental visit in any way we can. If you need any assistance, please just ask a member of the team.

As part of this video, our teams have been learning sign language to help share an important message of inclusion and support. We are still learning, so please forgive us if every sign isn’t perfect, this comes from a place of care, respect and a genuine commitment to making everyone feel welcome ✨

We had such a great evening this Thursday at our Dental Implant Open Evening at Wilson House Dental Practice!

It was lovely to welcome patients who are exploring their options for dental implant treatment and give them the opportunity to speak directly with our experienced dentists and support team. The evening included an informative presentation to help guests better understand the different treatment options and what the journey involves, all in a relaxed and friendly setting.

We’re incredibly proud of our team members Kirra, Lucie and Jasmin, who spent time last week volunteering with FoodCycle 💛

FoodCycle is a wonderful initiative that brings people together over free, nutritious meals created from food that would otherwise go to waste. But it’s about more than just food, it’s about building connections, reducing loneliness, supporting mental health and encouraging a more sustainable way of living.

Our team had a fantastic time helping to prepare meals and being part of such a welcoming and positive community atmosphere.

It’s inspiring to see the difference that can be made when people come together, nourishing communities, one plate and one conversation at a time.

At Oxford House Dental Practice, we believe dentistry goes beyond the surgery walls and into the heart of our community.

This week, our wonderful team members Kayleigh, Hafsa and Morsy visited MK Preparatory School & Nursery to provide an age-appropriate oral health education session to their Year 3 pupils. They spent the morning chatting about how to brush properly, why flossing matters, which foods are kinder to teeth, and how looking after your smile now helps avoid problems later on!

As a Milton Keynes dental practice, we are passionate about supporting local schools and helping children develop positive oral health habits that last a lifetime. Preventive dental education is key to reducing tooth decay and building confident, healthy smiles.

A very special day for our Oxford House Dental Practice team 💛

Today we supported our first charity event of 2026, volunteering with Unity MK, a local homeless charity, serving food and drinks within our community.

The people we met were truly lovely, so welcoming, grateful and full of conversation, even in the face of hardship. It was a powerful reminder of the importance of kindness, connection and showing up for one another.

We left with full hearts and big smiles.

Thank you MK Unity for letting us be part of something so meaningful 🤍
