Meet Kerry, one of our highly qualified Orthodontic Therapists!

With over 20 years of experience in the dental industry, Kerry completed her Orthodontic Therapy course in 2016. She loves meeting new patients and supporting them throughout their brace journey. 💙

Kerry is one of the friendly faces you’ll see adjusting braces and helping to keep your treatment on track!

When she’s not at the practice, Kerry enjoys taking her Shih Tzu for walks, spending time with her grandson, and relaxing at home. 🐶👦🏽🏡

So, if you see Kerry at your next appointment, make sure you say hello! 👋🏼
And if you hear someone talking about their Shih Tzu… there’s a good chance it’s Kerry! 🐶😂

With August being Manager Appreciation Month, we’d like to introduce Terianne, our Clinical & Compliance Manager.

Terianne has worked in dentistry since 2008 and joined Melton Orthodontics in April 2024. She plays a key role in ensuring the practice runs smoothly, supporting our clinical team, maintaining high standards of patient care, and ensuring we meet all compliance and regulatory requirements. Her dedication helps create a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for both patients and staff 😊

Outside of work, Terianne enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and two Labradors. She's also a swimming teacher and trains with Melton Mowbray Swimming Club.

A huge thank you to Terianne for the knowledge, care, and commitment she brings to the practice — we're proud to have her as part of our team. 💙👏

😁 Meet Parmjit – Specialist Orthodontist

With over 25 years of experience in dentistry, Parmjit brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and expertise to our orthodontic team. She qualified in Dentistry from Sheffield University in 1998 before completing specialist orthodontic training at Birmingham Dental Hospital, gaining her Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2006.

Having worked across hospital, community, private, and NHS orthodontic settings, Parmjit has a broad understanding of orthodontic care and is passionate about creating healthy, confident smiles for her patients. 🦷✨

Parmjit loves helping patients through every stage of their smile journey, providing personalised treatment plans and making sure each patient feels comfortable, informed, and supported along the way. 💙
