We are a fully private independent 4 surgery purpose-built practice that was established in 2012. Led by our excellent Principal, Dina Parmar, our practice creates a supportive and friendly environment for the entire team, at the same time as delivering an unhurried patient-centric experience to all our patients. We thrive on providing the highest level of care to our patients through our collaborative environment where technology will elevate the care our patients receive. As an employer we take pride in the investments we make in our people which includes their professional development and work life balance, which includes regular team events. We are conveniently located on the Medstead/Four Marks border in Hampshire on the A31 bus route, and have plenty of free parking.

We are delighted to announce that Elizabeth Grant (Betty) has been promoted to Lead Clinical Nurse!

Elizabeth started with Shine Dental Clinic in early 2024, quickly becoming a much loved and respected member of our team. She continues to be an integral part of that same team, bringing great energy and passion to our clinic and patients. We are really excited to see Elizabeth thrive in this new role.
Oh, and to our patients, please do not worry, you will still see Betty in surgery. She will be taking that experience into her leadership role.
