🦷 Appointment Cancellation Policy

To help us provide the best care for all our patients, we kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will incur a cancellation fee, which will be applied to the patient’s account.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We appreciate your support in helping us keep appointments available for those who need them.

Please note that persistent late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of NHS registration with the practice, in line with our practice policy.

Please contact the practice as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment.
