Hi everyone
We would like to thank everyone who has joined the Alauna Dental Practice and welcomed us.
We have worked hard to deliver NHS and private affordable care as passionately as we can.
Thank you so much to many of you who have waited patiently while I ran late and tolerate the building which will be undergoing a massive transformation as we update the interior decor both for my NHS and private patients.
While we provide private dental care, we remain passionate to serve the NHS patients with the same care and attention by only seeing private patients after 6pm.
We will endeavour to have a WhatsApp number to ask questions in the future.
Please help us by leaving honest reviews on Google but give us a chance to address any problems should any arise.
We have a new dentist joining very soon so we can take on more NHS patients.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Dear Valued Patients,

Over the past few weeks, we have kindly requested patients to attend their scheduled appointments or provide at least two working days’ notice for cancellations. Unfortunately, we have seen a significant increase in missed appointments, which has impacted our ability to provide timely care to those in need.

After much consideration, we have made the difficult decision to:
1. Pause the acceptance of new NHS patients until further notice.
2. Temporarily disable our online appointment booking system due to its contribution to the rise in missed appointments.

We understand that these changes may cause inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize. Rest assured, all appointments already scheduled will proceed as planned.

For any queries, cancellations, or rescheduling, please contact us directly at 01900 818825.

We had 9 missed appointments and 10 last minute cancellations yesterday. We try our best to facilitate our patients as much as we can, but such circumstances are not letting us work at our maximum potential.
We cannot emphasize it enough, Please let us know if you are not going to attend your appointment at least 24 working hours before your appointment.

To cancel/reschedule your appointment, please call our practice no 01900818825. We are open Monday to Friday.
