DENTAL ASSOCIATE POSITION AVAILABLE!
We are looking for a Dental Associate to join our small but very friendly team! We are a three surgery practice providing general dentistry for the local community. All our adult patients are private patients and we have a small NHS under 18 contract.
As an associate you would have complete freedom to practice, supported by experienced staff. Our dental nurses have additional qualifications to include impression making and oral health education which will make your life as easy as it can be!
You would have support from a dental therapist who works to her full scope.
As a practice we put patient care front and centre. This means there are no time pressures, no targets, and we use the very best clinically proven materials and systems.
Your patient list would be comprised of registered well maintained patients, with the opportunity to take on new patients if you wish.
We would welcome a dentist with any interests and will support you clinically and financially to gain further skills.
Work life balance is a high priority at our practice so we are very flexible and will aim to accommodate the hours that work best for you.
There is an opportunity for a dentist with a special interest to rent a surgery with materials and support staff provided.
Our patients are part of a plan which covers their examinations and routine scales. Treatment fees are in addition to this.
Remuneration is generous (50/50)
UDAs from our small U18 contract can be discussed
Laboratory fees are split 50/50
