We're looking for the person who can walk into a consultation, build trust in minutes, get excited about treatment plans, and help patients see what's possible. ✨

📍 Alpha Dental Care M60, Oldham

✅ This role is for someone confident.
✅ Someone who loves people.
✅ Someone who understands that changing a smile can genuinely change a life.
✅ And someone who isn't afraid of KPIs and picking up the phone to follow up on a patient who's been thinking about treatment.

Because let's be honest... The best Treatment Coordinators don't "sell" dentistry.

You'll be working alongside Dr Phil Broughton, supporting patients through advanced implant, restorative and cosmetic treatment journeys.

⭐ Can confidently discuss treatment plans and finance options
⭐ Knows how to convert enquiries into treatment starts

This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk waiting for things to happen.
